🇬🇧 Return Policy

At Giftphoria, we believe every gift should be special. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days.

1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and unopened,
  • be in its original condition and packaging,
  • include all original labels, filling materials, and decorative elements,
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, food, beverages, cosmetic products, as well as personalized or custom-made gifts cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return

Please contact us by email at info@giftphoria.eu, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with:

  • the return address,
  • a shipping label if applicable (if we cover the return shipping).

Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Statutory withdrawal right (14 days):
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

In the case of damaged or incorrect deliveries, Giftphoria will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately after delivery.

Please include photos of the product and packaging — this helps us resolve the issue more quickly.

After review, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

5. Exceptions – Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • fresh and perishable goods (e.g., chocolate, wine, food items),
  • personalized or custom-made gifts,
  • cosmetics and personal care products once opened,
  • discounted or clearance items,
  • orders paid using a gift card.

6. Exchanges

Gift baskets often contain seasonal or limited products. Therefore, we do not offer direct exchanges.

We recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@giftphoria.eu
